CORIANDRUM SATIVUM: Also known as *Coriander*, has anti-microbial, astringent and anti-bacterial properties. Coriander oil has a warming effect on the body, and rejuvenates the mind. Coriander juice mixed with turmeric powder or mint juice is used as a treatment for acne, and applied to the face as a toner. Lodhra: According to Ayurveda, Lodhra bark is a divine bark, known to be a herb for women's health. According to Bhava Prakash, Lodhra is "Shavaro" (making the body and skin very attractive) and "Galavastatha" (helping the whole body to maintain its shape).
